• Log in on the website or app.
• Open Profile & verification from the account menu.
• Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Email our support team from your registered email, or message us from your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email, password, photo, bio and city.
• Your pets' profiles and photos, your host listing, home photos and videos, and calendar.
• ID verification details and payout (bank/UPI) details.
• Notifications, saved hosts and marketing preferences.

What is kept, and why

Records of completed bookings and payments (amounts, dates, booking code) are kept in anonymised form for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting law requires it, and messages and reviews tied to a booking are kept so the other party's records stay complete. These are no longer linked to your name or contact details.

You can't delete your account while a booking is ongoing — finish or cancel it first.
