This policy explains what personal data Sangam Spardha Pariksha Kendra collects through PawsStay, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account: name, mobile number, email, city, profile photo, languages, bio.
- Pets: details, photos, health and vaccination records you add.
- Hosts: home address, location, photos and videos of your home, payout details (bank account numbers are stored encrypted).
- Verification: type of government ID and its last 4 digits. The ID image is used only for review and deleted once reviewed. We never store full Aadhaar numbers.

- Usage & marketing: the advertising campaign that brought you to us (UTM parameters), and analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) if enabled.
Why we use it
- To run your account, match pets with suitable hosts and process bookings and payments.
- To keep pets and people safe: verification, fraud prevention, emergency support.
- To send booking updates, and — only if you opted in — offers on WhatsApp/SMS.
- To measure and improve our services and advertising.
Who sees it
- Before a booking is paid, other users see only your first name, locality and public profile. Exact address, phone number and emergency contact are shared with the other party only after payment.
- Service providers who process data for us: hosting and storage, Razorpay (payments), SMS providers, analytics.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
